Team Walker Timber Lushes (Jaime, Lorna, Mark, Chris and Mike) are taking part in the Edinburgh Kiltwalk on Sunday 17th September to raise money for Strathcarron Hospice.
We are doing the mighty stride which is a 21 mile walk round the capital before finishing up at BT Murrayfield. We think that a few refreshments may be deserved afterwards 😂
Strathcarron provide specialist Hospice care and expert end of life care for the people of Forth Valley, Cumbernauld and Kilsyth. They care for people with illnesses that cannot be cured including cancer, lung, heart or kidney failure and a range of non-malignant and neurological diseases.
They are also actively involved in research and education in palliative care and promote and influence the delivery of palliative care locally and beyond.
