The Office of the Public Guardian of England and Wales are advertising that you can receive a refund of part of your fees if you have registered a power of attorney in the last few years. Whilst this is true for any POA registered with them, this unfortunately does not apply to any Scottish PoA’s which are dealt with by a completely different Scottish body (who have not overcharged during this time). Sorry !
