Each November for the last ten years or so, Liddle and Anderson has participated in the Scottish Will Aid scheme. This is a scheme where Solicitors prepare simple wills for clients, and ask only for a donation to the Will Aid Charity instead of charging a fee. Will Aid divides the contributions received among several UK based and overseas charities.
We are proud to participate in this scheme, and have raised many thousands of pounds for the charity. Last year we ourselves raised £1,775, but over the many years that we have participated, we have raised more than £15,000. That’s a lot of Wills!
We also participate in other charity Will schemes. Some charities will actually pay for the Will, in the hope that they will be left a legacy. Ask us for more details if you are interested.
